Welcome to Northwest Indiana Reinvestment Alliance (NWIRA), a non-profit Certified Counseling agency committed to improving the lives of residents in Northwest Indiana. By making a donation or participating in our workshops, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.
2.1 Purpose: All donations received by NWIRA will be used to support our mission of providing financial counseling, fair housing, fair lending, affordable housing, and small business education services to the community.
2.2 Tax Deductibility: NWIRA is a registered non-profit organization, and donations may be tax-deductible. Consult with a tax professional for advice on your specific situation.
2.3 Refund Policy: Donations made to NWIRA are non-refundable. If you believe a donation error has occurred, please contact us immediately at [contact@nwira.org](mailto:contact@nwira.org).
3.1 Workshop Registration: Workshop fees contribute to the costs associated with organizing and conducting educational workshops. Registering for a workshop implies agreement to pay the specified fee.
3.2 Payment Methods: Workshop fees can be paid online through our secure payment gateway. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and other methods as indicated during the registration process.
3.3 Cancellations and Refunds: Participants who need to cancel their workshop registration must notify NWIRA at least 72 hours before the scheduled workshop. Refunds will be issued minus any applicable processing fees.
NWIRA is committed to transparency in the use of funds. A detailed breakdown of how donations and workshop fees are utilized will be made available on our website periodically.
NWIRA is dedicated to protecting your privacy. We collect and store personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Indiana. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state of Indiana.
